# MCP + openGauss As AI evolves from static inference to dynamic interaction, agents have gradually become the focus. Agents not only can invoke LLM for reasoning but also access databases, call APIs, and execute tasks. However, there is currently a lack of standardized interaction protocols between LLM and agents, requiring custom implementations for each new data source, making truly interconnected systems difficult to scale.
