All endpoints are paid via [x402](https://www.x402.org) micropayments ($0.01 USDC on Base). Data is scoped per wallet, backed by Postgres, and survives redeploys.
Agents can tag stored data with a `label` (e.g. `"openclaw_session"`, `"virtuals_agent"`) so the vault shows what stored each item.
