When you stop responding, **VIGIL** triggers. A designated verifier confirms the death. **EULOGY** executes your succession plan — delivering final messages, activating tiered access to your Black Box, and initiating agent-to-agent handoffs. **REST** executes your terminal directive: archive, distill, or delete.
