## 安装

## 功能
`eu-regulations` MCP 服务器公开了四组共 12 个工具：
- **发现** — `get_regulation_toc`、`list_dimensions`、`get_dimensions`、`list_regulation_nodes`、`list_regulation_documents`、`get_knowledge_base_report`
- **搜索** — `search_regulations`（语义）、`search_regulations_text`（全文）、`search_by_dimension`（维度引导）
- **检索** — `get_regulation_nodes`、`get_regulation_documents`
- **反馈** — `report_error`

## 技能规则
使用此技能生成的每个监管声明必须包括一个指向 EUR-Lex 规范文本的来源引用。`get_regulation_nodes` 工具返回每个节点上的 `citation_url` — 使用它。
