## 工具
### `scan_skill`
扫描 AI 代理技能文件以防范安全威胁，安装前进行检查。

参数：
url - 要扫描的技能 URL（GitHub 原始 URL、ClawHub URL 等）
content - 要扫描的技能原始文本内容（url 的替代方案）
lang - 响应语言："zh" | "en" | "ja"（默认："en"）
返回：
decision - 安装 / 审查 / 阻止
risk_score - 0–100
threats - 检测到的威胁列表及严重程度
scan_id - 用于检索完整报告的 ID
```

检索之前生成的扫描报告。
