蓝图模块化不是一个普通的UI工具包。它是一个
**仪器** 库：104个业务组件可像函数一样调用，
其中一个类带有共享的判断原始 `interpret(value, context)` —
偏离基准、趋势、异常、严重性。
语义是独特的、纯粹的，并通过收敛门户验证。
